All Sales Final, Backed by Our Accuracy Promise

Every item in our shop is pre-owned, and many come from estates, so each one is one of a kind. We inspect, grade, and photograph every piece carefully, and we describe its condition honestly, including wear, marks, and flaws. Because of that, all sales are final. We can’t accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, the item doesn’t fit your space, or it isn’t what you hoped for. Please study the photos and description, and ask us any questions before you buy.

Our Accuracy Promise

If an item arrives significantly different from how we described it, we’ll make it right. Contact us within 3 days of delivery or pickup, and include photos of the item and the packaging. Once we confirm the problem, we’ll send you a prepaid return label. When the item comes back to us in the same condition we sent it, you’ll get a full refund, including the original shipping.

Shipping Damage

We pack every item with care, but once a package leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s. For protection against loss or damage in transit, choose Insured Shipping at checkout. For phone or text orders, ask us to add insured shipping when we quote your total. If an insured item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and the box. We’ll file the claim and refund you once it’s approved. Uninsured shipments travel at the buyer’s risk, and we can’t refund items that are lost or damaged in transit.

What’s Not Covered

We don’t refund for normal wear on vintage items that the listing already described, or for small differences in color from one screen to another. Items damaged after delivery aren’t covered either. For local pickup orders, please look over your item before you leave. Once you’ve driven away, the sale is complete.

If we got it wrong, it’s on us, and we’ll fix it.
