Privacy Policy
Effective September 27, 2026. This page explains, in plain language, what information Estate Ease collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. The short version: we use your information to do the job you asked us to do, and we never sell it.
Who we are
Estate Ease LLC (“Estate Ease,” “we,” “us”) is a locally owned estate cleanout and liquidation company based in Stilwell, Oklahoma, run by Adam Greene and Daniel Brasuell. We serve Northeast Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas. This policy covers estateease.co, our online shop, and the information you give us when we work for you. If you have a question about it, see Contact us at the bottom of this page.
What we collect
When you use our contact form
Our “Free Walkthrough” form asks for your name, phone number, email address, the property address or city, the type of service you need, and any notes you choose to add. When you send it, we also record the date and time and your device’s IP address (the internet address your request came from), which helps us spot spam. The form also has two hidden spam checks: a blank field that only bots fill in, and a timer that catches forms sent instantly. Neither one uses cookies or tracks you.
Your request is emailed to us, and a backup copy is saved in a private file on our web server so a request is never lost if an email fails. That file is not publicly accessible.
When we work for you
During a walkthrough, cleanout, estate sale or other job, we may collect information such as the property address, how to access it, who we should deal with (for example, an executor, heir or real estate agent), photos of the property and its contents, inventory lists of items, and records of what was kept, sold, donated, recycled or hauled away.
When you buy from our online shop
To process an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address (if you choose shipping), any pickup notes you give us, and the details of your order, such as the items, prices, shipping charge and whether you chose pickup or shipping.
Payment card information
Card payments are handled by Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe’s secure checkout page, not on our website. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe tells us whether a payment went through and shares the name, email, phone number and shipping address you entered so we can fill the order. Stripe may also show us limited details, such as the card type and last four digits. Stripe’s use of your information is covered by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Basic technical information
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information in server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and requests.
- To schedule and carry out walkthroughs, cleanouts, estate sales and other services.
- To value, list and sell items on a client’s behalf, and to provide donation receipts and records to the estate.
- To process, ship or arrange pickup of shop orders, and to send receipts and order updates.
- To keep business, tax and accounting records.
- To prevent spam, fraud and misuse, and to meet our legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to do the work, with:
- Stripe, to process payments.
- Shipping carriers, who receive your name, shipping address and sometimes your phone number so they can deliver your order.
- Our website and email hosting providers, which store the website, form submissions and our email on our behalf.
- Others you ask us to work with, such as a family member, executor, attorney or real estate agent on a job.
- Legal authorities, when the law requires it, or when needed to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
Client items, photos and inventory
When we handle an estate or cleanout, we photograph and inventory items so we can value them and sell them for the client, whether through an estate sale, our online shop or another sales channel. We don’t publish clients’ names, addresses or other personal details with the items we sell. Personal papers, family photographs and keepsakes are set aside for the family, not sold.
Cookies and browser storage
Our main website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking tools, and it does not load fonts or scripts from other companies. Our fonts are hosted on our own server.
Our online shop keeps your cart in your own browser, using a feature called local storage. The cart holds only item numbers and quantities, and it stays on your device. The shop also uses one essential session cookie while you check out, to keep your order secure and show your order confirmation. When you pay, Stripe’s checkout page may set its own cookies, including for fraud prevention. You can clear cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings.
Phone calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request, walkthrough, job or order, for example to schedule an order pickup. We don’t sell your phone number or share it with anyone for their marketing. If you don’t want text messages from us, reply STOP or just tell us, and we’ll stop. Message and data rates may apply.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as we need it. Walkthrough requests and job records are kept for as long as needed to respond, do the work and handle any follow-up. Order, payment and other financial records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, typically up to seven years. After that, we delete or dispose of them.
How we protect information
Our website uses HTTPS encryption. Payments are handled by Stripe, so card numbers never pass through or rest on our systems. Access to customer information is limited to the people at Estate Ease who need it to do their work. No website or email system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
- See, correct or delete your information. Contact us and we’ll help. We may need to keep some records, such as order and tax records, where the law requires it.
- Stop messages. We don’t send newsletters or marketing email. If we ever do, every message will include a way to unsubscribe. You can ask us to stop calling or texting at any time.
- Browser controls. You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Clearing local storage empties your shop cart.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top.
