- Pack what goes to the smaller home or assisted living.
- Place what doesn't. Anything with market value is appraised and routed to sale or auction. Usable goods go to local donation, with an itemized receipt.
- Clear what's left behind. Everything else is hauled, donated or recycled, and the home is left broom-clean and ready for photos, inspection or the next owner.
Working with the whole family
We coordinate with siblings and make sure nothing irreplaceable ends up in a truck. Photographs, letters, jewelry, military records, deeds, titles and anything a family names in advance are set aside, boxed and returned — before a single item is loaded.
How it works
- Free walkthrough. We meet you at the property — or work from your photos if you're out of state — and give you a flat written price. No hourly meters, no obligation.
- Sort, save & sell. Family keepsakes, documents and valuables are separated first. Anything with market value is appraised and routed to sale or auction.
- Clear & clean. Everything else is hauled, donated or recycled. The home is left broom-clean and ready for photos, inspection or the next owner.
- Handoff. Keys back, donation receipts in hand, sale proceeds settled, and photo documentation of the finished property emailed to you.
