Estate Ease

Two friends, one standard of care.

Estate Ease is a locally owned estate cleanout and liquidation company based in Stilwell, Oklahoma, serving Northeast Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas. It was started by two friends, Adam Greene and Daniel Brasuell.

How Estate Ease started

Adam spent many years in estate liquidation. He knows antiques and collectibles well, and he knows exactly how much work goes into clearing a house full of someone's life.

But he stepped away from it. Running that kind of business alone was simply more work than he wanted to take on.

Then one day his friend Daniel, who didn't know any of that history, mentioned that estate work sounded like a business he'd enjoy doing. You can probably guess how the rest of that conversation went.

Adam had the estate liquidation experience. Daniel had the interest, the energy and a whole different kind of know-how. So we teamed up.

Who does what

We're equal partners, and what we know fits together.

Daniel knows machinery. He's very knowledgeable about mechanical equipment, tools, tractors and farm equipment, and he knows what they're worth. In our rural market, that knowledge is often the more valuable of the two on a cleanout, because so much of what a property holds can be sitting in the shop, the barn or the equipment shed. Daniel also brings the energy and the hands-on work, from the first box to the final sweep.

Adam knows the house. He spent many years in estate liquidation and knows antiques and collectibles well. Daniel was new to running a business, and that's the part Adam's experience covers. Adam works right alongside him, too, lifting and loading like anyone else on the job.

Between the two of us, whether it's a tractor, a box of hand planes, a quilt or a piece of sterling, one of us knows what we're looking at. That matters most in the part of the job that's easiest to rush: deciding what gets set aside for the family, what's worth selling, what should be donated and what can go. It's why we sort before we haul, and why valuables are appraised, never guessed at.

Old-school know-how, modern tools

We also use modern tools, including AI helpers, to keep things organized and polished. The tools keep us organized. The care is still ours, and when you call, you get one of us, not a call center.

What doesn't change

The first rule of every job we take is the same: photographs, letters, jewelry, military records, deeds, titles and anything a family names in advance are set aside, boxed and returned before a single item is loaded. You get a free walkthrough and a flat written price, not an hourly meter.

“We treat every house like it belonged to our own grandmother — because more than once, it has.”

— Adam Greene & Daniel Brasuell, Co-Founders
