Full Estate Cleanouts
Whole-home clearing from attic to crawlspace. We sort room by room, set aside anything the family wants, and leave the home broom-clean and photo-ready.

From Clutter
to Closing.
Estate cleanouts, liquidation and property cleanup — handled with the patience a family home deserves and the speed a closing date demands.
Why we exist
When a parent passes, downsizes, or moves into care, someone in the family inherits a very hard week — usually while grieving, often from three states away, always against a deadline.
Estate Ease takes that week off your hands. We sort before we haul. Photographs, documents, jewelry and keepsakes are set aside for the family, never thrown out. What has value gets sold. What can help someone gets donated, with receipts. The rest disappears.
You get the memories. We handle everything else.
What we do
One crew, one point of contact, one flat price — from a single garage to a whole farmstead.
Whole-home clearing from attic to crawlspace. We sort room by room, set aside anything the family wants, and leave the home broom-clean and photo-ready.
On-site estate sales, online auction placement, or a straight cash buyout — whichever nets the estate the most with the least disruption.
For agents: cleared, deep-cleaned, lawn cut, minor repairs done. Your seller gets photos on schedule instead of excuses.
Discreet, judgment-free, unmarked vehicles on request. We work at the family's pace and treat every home with dignity.
Evictions, abandoned units, and bank-owned properties cleared fast, with photo documentation for lenders and property managers.
Moving to a smaller place or assisted living? We pack what goes, place what doesn't, and clear what's left behind.
Outbuildings, scrap metal, old equipment, brush and storm debris. We know rural property because we live on it.
We keep usable goods out of the landfill and hand you itemized donation receipts for the estate's records.
How it works
One crew, one point of contact, one flat written price — from the first walkthrough to the keys back in your hand.
We meet you at the property — or work from your photos if you're out of state — and give you a flat written price. No hourly meters, no obligation.
Family keepsakes, documents and valuables are separated first. Anything with market value is appraised and routed to sale or auction.
Everything else is hauled, donated or recycled. The home is left broom-clean and ready for photos, inspection or the next owner.
Keys back, donation receipts in hand, sale proceeds settled, and photo documentation of the finished property emailed to you.

Our promise
Photographs, letters, jewelry, military records, deeds, titles and anything a family names in advance are set aside, boxed and returned — before a single item is loaded. It is the first rule of every job we take, and it is not negotiable.
Who we help
You're settling an estate, not running a job site. We coordinate with siblings, work around probate timelines, and make sure nothing irreplaceable ends up in a truck.
A cluttered listing sits. Hand us the keys and get back a photo-ready property on a date you can promise your seller. Referral-friendly — we never step on your client relationship.
Itemized inventories, appraisal support, documented donations and clean accounting of sale proceeds — the paper trail a court or a beneficiary will actually accept.
Rental turns, foreclosure trash-outs, hoarding recovery, farm and acreage cleanup. Fast turnaround, photo documentation, invoices that make sense.
“We treat every house like it belonged to our own grandmother — because more than once, it has.”
Adam Greene & Daniel Brasuell, Co-Founders
Where we work
Estate Ease is based in Stilwell, Oklahoma, and serves Northeast Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas — and we're happy to travel for larger properties. If you're not sure whether you're in range, just ask.
Common questions
Price depends on four things: access to the property, the weight and type of disposal, how much needs careful sorting versus straight hauling, and whether anything is worth selling. A typical two-bedroom home runs roughly $1,800 to $4,000, and a full family home with decades of accumulation $3,500 to $8,000. We give you a flat written price after a free walkthrough rather than an hourly rate, so the risk of a slow day is ours and not yours.
Sometimes, yes. If a property has enough sellable value — tools, farm equipment, guns, quality older furniture, coins or sterling — liquidating it can offset the cost of clearing the house entirely, and occasionally the estate comes out ahead. That only works if the valuable items are identified before anything is hauled, which is why we walk the property first.
They are set aside, boxed and returned to you before a single item is loaded. Photographs, letters, jewelry, military records, deeds and titles, plus anything a family names in advance. It is the first rule of every job we take and it is not negotiable.
Most homes are one to three days once we start. Properties with outbuildings, barns or acreage debris take longer, and hoarding-condition properties are quoted only after a walkthrough. We commit to a completion date in writing so agents can schedule photography and sellers can hold a closing.
We are based in Stilwell and cover Northeast Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas — including Stilwell, Tahlequah, Hulbert, Muskogee, Claremore, Pryor, Grove, Jay, Wagoner and the Tulsa metro, plus Siloam Springs, Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, Bentonville, Bella Vista, Prairie Grove and Gravette. If you are just outside that, call anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
Oklahoma doesn't license estate cleanout or general contracting at the state level. Its licenses cover specific trades like electrical, plumbing and HVAC, plus roofer registration. Arkansas does require licenses for estate sales and some home repair work, and we don't hold those yet. General liability insurance is in progress but not yet in place, and we would rather tell you that plainly than let you assume otherwise. When coverage is bound we will say so on this page. Local rules vary, so verify what your own project needs.
Yes. Usable goods are routed to local donation rather than the landfill wherever possible, and you get an itemized receipt for the estate's records — useful for executors who answer to other heirs, an attorney or a court.
