Barn, Shed & Acreage Cleanup

Outbuildings, scrap metal, old equipment, brush and storm debris. We know rural property because we live on it.

What rural cleanups involve

Access drives a lot of the labor, and farm properties with soft ground after rain are their own category. Rural Oklahoma properties frequently have decades of accumulated chemicals in a shed, and that is a real line item.

Anything the transfer station will not take — paint, solvents, pesticides, tires, appliances with refrigerant, propane tanks, and ammunition — needs separate handling and separate fees.

What's worth selling first

Tools and shop equipment, farm implements, tractors and running equipment of any kind are usually worth real money. Liquidated properly, they can offset the cost of clearing the property. A crew paid by the load has no reason to know that the box of hand planes in the garage is worth more than the truck it would ride to the dump in.

This is where our co-founder Daniel Brasuell comes in. He's very knowledgeable about mechanical equipment, tools, tractors and farm equipment, and he knows what they're worth, so the shop and the equipment shed get sorted by someone who knows what he's looking at before anything is hauled.

Cost and timing

For a property with outbuildings, a barn or acreage debris, with normal access and nothing hazardous, the typical range is $5,000 – $15,000+. Treat that as the shape of the thing, not a quote — you get a flat written price after a free walkthrough. Properties with outbuildings, barns or acreage debris take longer than the one to three days most homes need.

How it works

  1. Free walkthrough. We meet you at the property — or work from your photos if you're out of state — and give you a flat written price. No hourly meters, no obligation.
  2. Sort, save & sell. Family keepsakes, documents and valuables are separated first. Anything with market value is appraised and routed to sale or auction.
  3. Clear & clean. Everything else is hauled, donated or recycled. The home is left broom-clean and ready for photos, inspection or the next owner.
  4. Handoff. Keys back, donation receipts in hand, sale proceeds settled, and photo documentation of the finished property emailed to you.
